Manufactoring Engineer

Location: Jagodina, Serbia

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the industrialization of new products and the introduction of new production processes.
  • Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Prepare technical specifications for assembly systems and production equipment.
  • Collaborate with project teams, logistics, production planning, and other relevant departments.
  • Communicate with suppliers and support the evaluation of quotations for production equipment.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and commissioning of new production lines and equipment.
  • Monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency, quality, and resource utilization.
  • Support product and process change management activities.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production standards.
  • Provide technical support during pre-series and serial production.
  • Cooperate with international teams to implement global standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related technical field).
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or process engineering is considered an advantage.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
